Easel Events was founded in 20th July 2011. Though Easel Events is a part of the mother company Easel Tech, have its own credentials as a brand. We are the insight to make an event remarkable. We aim to expand our services globally. Easel Events organizes Wedding Ceremonies, Corporate Events, Conferences, Award Ceremonies, Birthday Parties, and Music Concerts & DJ Parties. Our services extend to Professional Photography, Videography, Conceptual Designs, 3D Models and Unique Accessories.

Photography

We are endowing Professional Photography services to our clients. Our services extend from Capturing Artistic Photos to Classic Photo Editing, Soft Copy DVD, Exclusive Photo Albums and Different Photo Sizes. Our packages are designed keeping in mind to provide the best and exclusive service quality within a comfortable financial plan. In an Event one photographer is not good enough to capture all the best emotions and moments. We are providing at least two professional photographers to get the best out of any event, as we know your event is really important for you and so to us.

The Logics to Choose Easel Photography

The question remains though!! Why should you choose Easel Photography, right? Please open up your logical mind, we are saying why not? Average Event Planners will provide you one photographer with a huge budget with their traditional session time limits of 3 hours, 6 hours, 9 hours blah blah blah!!! With us you have at least 2 photographers and maximum 4 photographers per day with no hourly sessions with fair pricing. More importantly, we’ve recruited educated photographers. Moreover, you can choose our Custom Package and get anything you need the most and remove that you don’t need. You have the freedom to choose. Our Photographers are well-equipped with multiple Lenses to capture the photos from every angle. Please check out the equipments out photographers use:

Camera Body:

Canon, Nikon, Sony Alpha

Lens:

Wide angle (18 – 55 / 70) – To capture most of the group photos.

Prime Lenses (50 mm) – To capture the portraits and the magical moments with the sharpness along with the detail.

Others:

Zoom (70 – 200 / 250) – To capture the unique moments or expressions from far, along with the portraits.

Light – All the camera will be used with the flash gun for the external source of light if necessary. If the light is enough in the venue the no flash gun will be used.

Videography

Capturing Videos of wedding and corporate events is a must thing to do. We at Easel Events think the must thing to do will be a wear and tear and full of boredom while only capturing the event. What do we mean by “only capturing”? We mean the usual way of Videography. A videographer is moving back and forth to get everyone in the movie, editing the movie using photo frames, rounding up around the screen, inserting some Hindi songs in the background etc. Does it make sense? We don’t think so.

What Easel Events Offer:

We are extending the video making to videography. For us, it is an art and should provide the value to the customers. The videos are made following artistic frameworks, expert videographers, Background songs as you choose, professional editors experienced with dramas, top class cameras etc. We are the only in the market thinking Videography as an art. We will make you watch the event’s video movie again and again years after years.
